Lighthouse Property Searches Ltd, established in 2003, and incorporated in 2010, is a small, family run business. As such, we take pride in our work, adopt a meticulous approach and aim to give a personal, individual service to all of our clients.

We will carry out all of the appropriate land searches, energy assessments and administration that will ensure that the home conveyancing process is conducted in a fast, efficient and cost effective manner. We will also ensure that a copy of the EPC is delivered via email to you, your estate agent and solicitor on the same day it is compiled.

Fast & Efficient

We employ many energy assessors for both the residential and commercial markets and so our aim is to complete the Energy Performance Certificate within 48 hours for residential and 3 to 5 days for commercial properties, sometimes less. Once completed, a copy of the EPC will be provided for you, your solicitor and estate agent via email.

Fully Insured
